Special Olympics North Carolina Partners with Media Two Interactive for Web Site Upgrades
Raleigh, NC – Special Olympics North Carolina has partnered with Media Two Interactive to improve the design and function of the Organization’s Web site, www.sonc.net, and to add a social media presence for the Program, according to Keith L. Fishburne, president/CEO of Special Olympics North Carolina. Media Two staff members are generously donating their expert services at no cost to the Organization.
“We are very grateful to Media Two for their tremendous support as we work to better engage and communicate with the public about Special Olympics within the state,” said Fishburne. “The Media Two team’s expertise in strategic planning, creative design, and marketing will strengthen our Organization through use of all of today’s technology.

Special Olympics North Carolina offers year-round sports training and competition for more than 38,000 children and adults with intellectual disabilities. These athletes inspire greatness through their successes and provide motivation to the thousands of coaches, sports officials, local program committee members and event organizers involved in Special Olympics statewide. SONC offers Olympic-type competition in 19 sports on local and state levels. It is among the largest Special Olympics programs in the world in terms of athlete registration.
