Press Release: Raleigh, N.C. – Media Two Interactive, a full service interactive and traditional media advertising agency based in Raleigh, N.C., has launched a new, on-the-job-training program for executives with a traditional marketing background.
Media Two has developed and launched a program to benefit the qualified job seeker, Media Two and the local advertising industry. The agency will provide unemployed senior level marketing professionals who lack interactive marketing skills, the opportunity to gain valuable education and experience in this arena in order to pursue employment with agencies or corporations seeking this job set.
Marie Sutton, the program’s first candidate, has more than 15 years of traditional media planning and buying experience and wishes to expand her knowledge to incorporate interactive media.
“Over the last few years, I’ve seen many companies begin to focus efforts on digital advertising. I know that I will have a better chance at finding a job within a media department once I have a complete understanding of how interactive media works,” Marie said.
Media Two hopes Ms. Sutton will be just one of many to take advantage of this opportunity.
“We’re pleased to welcome a proven traditional media expert like Marie to Media Two’s training program,” Mr. Hubbard said. “Marie is one of the first in what I hope to be a number of employees to enter our newly founded on-the-job-training program.”
Media Two’s overall program goal is to either hire the participating candidates as a full time employee at Media Two or provide then with the needed skills to secure other employment within the digital marketing industry.
