Raleigh, North Carolina (March 31, 2011) – Media Two Interactive, an advertising agency specializing in strategic planning, buying and design of digital and traditional media, announced the expansion of their offices to encompass the entire second floor of the 319 W. Martin Street building in downtown Raleigh. In addition, four members have joined the existing Management Team as Media Two continues its growth in 2011.
Empire Properties and Media Two agreed to a lease extension of the current space along with the addition of the remaining 3,500 square feet, which now brings the total leased square footage amount to just over 13,000 square feet.
“For a 25-person advertising agency, it is a lot of room to work collaboratively and creatively” stated CEO Michael Hubbard, stressing the words a lot. “The additional space allows for more client and vendor meetings and, just as importantly, for us to have some ‘inspirational space,’” he said.
That ‘inspirational space’ includes a more mobile environment where employees can undock their laptops and go sit next to someone in another department without cramming into a cube or disrupting others’ workflows, but it also includes some of the old advertising agency staples such as a Ping Pong Table, Wii and a big-screen TV, along with couches and chairs.
Every agency says its team is the best, but can they say that they’ve led and inspired an entire industry? According to Hubbard, Media Two can. “This team has beta-tested Google Adwords before the popular program existed. Our Creative Director led the IAB team that set modern day ad standards. Our Media Director launched the first study on the positive correlation between search and display media (and later helped SEMPO repeat the findings). Our VP of Social Media speaks at an average of five industry events a month. Our VP of Client Services developed and implemented account management processes for three agencies.”
“With such a strong team in place, Media Two is thrilled to announce the four new members of the Management Team,” Hubbard says. Joining CEO Michael Hubbard and CFO Heather Morrison on the team are:
- Seth Hargrave – six years with Media Two, promoted to Media Director, a title only formerly held by Founder Michael Hubbard.
- Rachel Rumsey – four years with Media Two serving all as Creative Director.
- Morgan Siem – almost two years at Media Two, but highly sought after speaker in the social media space, now promoted to VP of Social Media.
- Randi Garrett – just over one year with Media Two, but 12+ years of marketing experience, promoted to VP of Client Services.
